So Obama’s Iowa win was a sure thing all along.
Heather Hopkins over a Hitwise was quietly monitoring visits to the various candidates’ sites just before the election, and was naming the winner back on January 2:
As you can see Barack Obama comes out ahead of all other presidential hopefuls, including rival Hillary Clinton. In the past four weeks, Obama received 31% more visits from Internet users in Iowa than Clinton and 18% more in New Hampshire. Both leading Democrats beat out Republican candidates.
Which is all very nice, but she then goes on to explain that US-wide, Ron Paul and Mike Huckabee (two of the most rational individuals on the planet) are leading the internet race by a country mile.
